About the Role
HerVest is a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to providing inclusive financial services for African women through a Gender Lens Investment approach. We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our digital footprint, acquiring new users, and amplifying our brand mission of economic inclusion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display channels.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment and achieve aggressive cost-per-acquisition targets.
- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-converting digital content, including ad copy, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, translating data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and analytics teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and stay ahead of emerging fintech and digital marketing trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition, preferably within the fintech or tech startup ecosystem.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
