We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Creator Partner (Talent Manager) to join our growing Creator Partnership department in Lagos, Nigeria, and help shape the future of the African creator economy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day relationships with a dedicated roster of influencers and content creators already signed to the agency.
- Recruit, pitch, and sign high-potential new influencers to expand the agency's exclusive talent roster.
- Spot emerging digital talent early by identifying creators with strong growth trajectories before they break into mainstream popularity.
- Match creators to relevant brand campaigns, pitching their unique value and negotiating favorable deal terms on their behalf.
- Provide strategic support to creators regarding content planning, audience growth, brand alignment, and long-term career development.
- Coordinate administrative processes including contracts, payment tracking, and campaign deliverable monitoring.
- Act as the primary liaison between talent and internal Influencer Marketing and Account Management teams.
- Monitor creator performance analytics, platform trends, and audience engagement metrics across key social media channels.
- 3+ years of professional experience in talent management, creator partnerships, or influencer relations within the African media or agency landscape.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with diverse creators.
- A sharp, data-driven eye for spotting emerging digital talent and accurately assessing audience growth potential.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, fee structuring, and closing commercial deals.
- Deep, up-to-date understanding of the creator economy, digital content monetization models, and platform algorithms.
- Highly organized multitasker capable of managing multiple high-priority talent relationships simultaneously.
- Discreet, empathetic, and highly professional when handling sensitive talent matters and confidential information.
