About the Role
Glocient Hospitality is transforming the Ikogosi Warm Springs and Resort in Ekiti State into a world-class vacation destination, setting global standards in tourism and hospitality excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated People Coordinator to support the effective delivery of our people, culture, and operations. In this role, you will help create a positive employee experience while driving operational excellence and embedding our core service culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, schedules, and immersive induction sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll inputs by tracking attendance, leave, and staff movements.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, handle employee inquiries, and promote workplace ethics and labor compliance.
- Drive staff engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and coordinate internal training workshops.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and reports, including headcount, attendance, and onboarding status updates.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in HR operations, administration, or people coordination, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
