About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to join our growing team on-site in Ota, Ogun State. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations by managing factory contract staff, ensuring labor compliance, and fostering positive employee relations to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in comprehensive workforce planning and management for factory operations.
- Support the HR Manager in executing end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Provide reliable support for payroll administration and accurate HR record keeping.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, regulatory compliance, and staff welfare programs.
- Handle employee and industrial relations matters to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Execute general day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Possess a BSc or HND in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or any related social science discipline.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of proven HR experience within the manufacturing sector, specifically managing contract staff in a factory environment.
- Hold a valid professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Must be a male professional to meet specific operational requirements and gender balance initiatives for this on-site factory role.
- Residency within Ota, Ogun State, or its immediate environs is strictly required.
