As a certified distributor of Deye inverters and batteries, we offer premium solar products and turnkey energy solutions tailored for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients. We are currently looking for a dedicated Payables, Receivables & Procurement Account Officer to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and client billings accurately.
- Monitor customer and supplier balances to ensure timely settlements and collections.
- Maintain precise financial records and conduct regular account reconciliations.
- Coordinate procurement activities, manage vendor relationships, and support purchasing negotiations.
- Ensure all accounting and procurement transactions are properly documented and compliant with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, payables, receivables, or procurement.
- Professional accounting qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to meet strict financial deadlines.
