About the Role
Zoom Exclusive Dental Clinic is recognized as Nigeria's fastest-growing dental clinic, with state-of-the-art locations across Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Pay-Point Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure seamless financial transactions at our front desk. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued patients as they conclude their visits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily cash handling, POS transactions, and other payment processing duties with high accuracy.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date financial records of all daily transactions and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift.
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient customer service to patients during payment and check-out procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, maintaining absolute integrity and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with the finance department to resolve any payment discrepancies promptly.
- Minimum of OND or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cash handling, payment processing, or a similar financial role.
- Strong numerical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling funds.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of modern payment processes and financial record-keeping systems.
