We are currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Learning Programmes Manager to join our growing team in Lagos and lead our professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive product, market, and client growth strategies to drive revenue and account profitability.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value business opportunities across target sectors while leading proposal development and client negotiations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on leadership development, workforce transformation, and capability building.
- Lead thorough training needs assessments to design innovative curricula and market-relevant learning solutions aligned with industry regulations.
- Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring world-class learning experiences, continuous quality assurance, and rigorous impact measurement.
- Coach and mentor internal team members to cultivate a culture of delivery excellence, commercial acumen, and innovation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (an MBA or Master's Degree is a strong advantage).
- Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CIMA, or ACIB.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, consulting, or professional services with a proven track record in business development.
- Exceptional expertise in learning strategy, curriculum design, training needs analysis, key account management, and learning analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, modern learning technologies, CRM platforms, and business analytics tools.
