Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage eligible prospective patients while building strong referral networks with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their caregivers thoroughly on available healthcare services, support programs, and various treatment options.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date referral records and provide regular progress reports on patient conversions and outreach metrics.
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, key stakeholders, and community referral partners.
- Navigate assigned territories effectively to ensure maximum outreach and seamless access to necessary medical interventions.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- Previous working experience in patient advocacy, medical sales, or community health outreach is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated strength in communication, networking, stakeholder management, and interpersonal relationship building.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite or Google Workspace, alongside comfort utilizing smartphones for field reporting and digital documentation.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to work independently, travel within the assigned territory, and maintain meticulous records.
