About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Parts Manager to join our client's team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the procurement, inventory control, sales, and distribution of automotive and equipment spare parts. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily parts inventory, procurement, storage, and safe distribution across operations.
- Monitor stock levels continuously and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving spare parts.
- Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers, vendors, internal technicians, and retail customers.
- Maintain highly accurate digital and physical records of all parts received, issued, and sold.
- Identify genuine, high-quality spare parts and cultivate strong, reliable supplier relationships.
- Drive proactive parts sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Minimize stock losses, prevent obsolete inventory buildup, and optimize overall operational costs.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory, financial, and sales reports for executive management review.
- HND or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in spare parts, automotive, heavy equipment, or machinery operations.
- Extensive working knowledge of parts identification, advanced inventory management, and strategic procurement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern inventory or ERP management software systems.
