About the Role
Ekini White Tulip Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, social-impact-driven healthcare organisation expanding its commercial team in Lagos. We are looking for a relationship-driven Partnership Officer to bridge the gap between our healthcare initiatives and major pharmaceutical companies, FMCG brands, and corporate CSR teams, delivering affordable primary care to Nigeria's informal sector.
Key Responsibilities- Scout, negotiate, and secure strategic MOUs with pharmaceutical companies and allied businesses.
- Design and execute co-branded Health Day activations in bustling markets to provide community screenings and medicines.
- Serve as an activation agency for new product launches by creating nationwide campaigns.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate brands, converting CSR budgets into community healthcare investments.
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to comprehensive post-campaign reporting.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Pharmaceutical Representative roles.
- Exceptional negotiation and intermediary skills with the ability to engage corporate brand managers effortlessly.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven capabilities in professional proposal writing and presentation delivery.
- Demonstrated success in long-term relationship management and client retention.
- Competitive fixed monthly base salary of NGN 200,000.
- Attractive sponsorship commission of 5% on professional fees for secured CSR or activation contracts.
