About the Role
De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites is a premier luxury hospitality destination known for elegance, superior corporate services, and unmatched guest experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead our strategic growth, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in securing institutional and corporate alliances that enhance our brand visibility and expand our market reach within corporate Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, hospitality stakeholders, and government institutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Prepare compelling sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations to pitch to prospective collaborators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring long-term relationship management and satisfaction.
- Negotiate and coordinate partnership agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and collaboration frameworks.
- Track partnership deliverables, evaluate impact metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
- Represent De Santiago Milan Hotel and Suites at industry conferences, networking events, and corporate stakeholder engagements.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value corporate sponsorships or strategic alliances.
- Established professional network within corporate Nigeria, particularly among corporate affairs and sustainability stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and grant or proposal writing skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
