About the Role
Aldelia Limited is looking for a results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead our resource mobilization, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement initiatives in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will identify, cultivate, and manage high-value strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, foundations, government institutions, and international donors to enhance our organizational sustainability and expand our social impact footprint.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure partnership opportunities with corporate entities, NGOs, development agencies, and government stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective donors and sponsors.
- Prepare compelling proposals, concept notes, and sponsorship packages to mobilize financial and non-financial resources.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partners, ensuring timely reporting, relationship maintenance, and excellent stakeholder communication.
- Negotiate and finalize MoUs and partnership agreements while working cross-functionally with program teams to ensure full delivery of commitments.
- Monitor sector trends in CSR, philanthropy, and international development to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, resource mobilization, fundraising, or business development within Nigeria.
- Strong established network within corporate Nigeria (CSR/ESG sectors) and international development institutions.
- Exceptional grant-writing, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
