About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead our strategic partnership development, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement initiatives in Nigeria. In this impactful role, you will play a pivotal part in securing institutional and individual donors, driving organizational sustainability, and expanding our program reach.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, foundations, and government institutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partnership and resource mobilization strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective donors, managing end-to-end proposal writing and negotiations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring timely reporting and relationship maintenance.
- Coordinate cross-functional program support to track deliverables, milestones, and impact metrics effectively.
- Bachelor degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, resource mobilization, or business development within Nigeria.
- Strong existing network within corporate Nigeria, CSR stakeholders, and international development agencies.
- Exceptional grant writing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
