We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Primary School Music Teacher to join our vibrant academic community in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive syllabi, lesson plans, and educational content that align with school curriculum requirements.
- Teach students how to play various musical instruments including the piano, guitar, and violin.
- Guide students in understanding and reading music notes, rhythms, and scales.
- Prepare and train students for school events, seasonal musical performances, and annual concerts.
- Assess individual student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to structure targeted lessons and evaluations.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities in the classroom.
- Communicate student progress, achievements, and challenges regularly to the Head of Department and parents.
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
- Valid TRCN Certification is a strong added advantage.
- Proficiency in playing multiple musical instruments with a solid understanding of music theory.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and exceptional classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with modern interactive teaching tools and 21st-century pedagogical methods.
