We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Parboiling Operator to join our dynamic production team and contribute to our commitment to agricultural excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor parboiling machinery and equipment to ensure optimal rice processing.
- Manage soaking, steaming, and drying stages according to strict quality and safety standards.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment, report mechanical faults promptly, and assist with basic maintenance.
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize waste during the parboiling process.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, output records, and equipment status reports.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the milling facility.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across shifts to achieve daily production targets.
- Proven experience working as a Parboiling Operator or in a similar role within a rice mill or agro-processing facility.
- Good understanding of milling machinery, industrial production processes, and quality control.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational shifts.
- Strong discipline, excellent attention to detail, and a firm commitment to workplace safety protocols.
