Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Teaching Hospital (formerly Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital) is Nigeria's premier private university teaching hospital, located in Okada, Edo State. We are recruiting experienced and qualified Paramedics to join our dynamic emergency and healthcare team, supporting critical patient care and medical education excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emergency pre-hospital and in-hospital medical care to patients
- Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate emergency treatments
- Operate and maintain medical equipment and ambulance facilities
- Document patient information and medical procedures accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Support medical training programs and student supervision
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and medical situations
- Maintain professional standards and infection control protocols
- National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services
- Valid NREMD registration or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 2 years' relevant paramedic experience
- Strong knowledge of emergency medical protocols and procedures
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
