About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Paramedic to join our dynamic clinical team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality direct patient care, manage medical emergencies, and support various clinical departments to ensure optimal health outcomes for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care including comprehensive assessment, continuous monitoring, and effective treatment in primary and secondary care settings.
  • Administer anesthesia and support surgical procedures based on credentials and authorized scope of practice.
  • Deliver specialized critical care nursing to manage acutely ill or unstable patients effectively.
  • Manage emergency and trauma cases swiftly while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while ensuring strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.
  • Participate actively in health education, community outreach, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a diploma or degree in Nursing, Medicine, or Paramedic Science with verified clinical competence.
  • Demonstrated experience or specialized training in Anesthesiology, Surgery, and Critical Care Nursing.
  • Current professional registration and active license with the relevant Nigerian regulatory body.
  • Exceptional clinical decision-making, patient assessment, and emergency response abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills with a deep commitment to patient safety.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment in Ilesa, including the capacity to work flexible shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
