About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily pharmaceutical production operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and control the manufacturing processes of solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms to ensure optimal product quality.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate deviations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and documentation in line with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and hygiene standards across the factory floor at all times.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, equipment validation, and process optimization projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Train and supervise production technicians and support staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Strong foundational knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background, eagerness to learn, and readiness to build a career in production are encouraged to apply.
