About the Role
My Haire Concierge is a premium hair and scalp wellness studio based in Lekki, Lagos, delivering exceptional care both in-studio and through a white-glove at-home concierge service. We are currently looking for a digitally savvy, commercially minded, and highly organised Digital Concierge to manage our digital client experience and support the journey from online enquiry to payment, booking, follow-up, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and online client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Guide clients from initial message to confirmed booking, driving enquiry-to-payment conversion.
- Verify payments and coordinate with the Studio Concierge for seamless appointment scheduling.
- Execute post-service follow-ups, rebooking campaigns, and subscription client management.
- Publish approved content, manage the social media calendar, and maintain an active Stories presence.
- Provide temporary front-desk coverage and complete required daily operational reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style.
- Proven sales, conversion, and customer service abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy and expertise in managing WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Prior experience in beauty, salon, hospitality, luxury retail, or e-commerce is a distinct advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working on-site full-time from our Lekki studio.
