About the Role
Zigma Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven PAR NC Coordinator to join our growing operations in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. In this strategic role, you will coordinate statutory meetings, facilitate regulatory approvals, and strengthen partnerships with key government authorities including NUPRC and NCDMB. You will play a crucial part in ensuring full compliance with the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) 2021 and the NOGICD Act, driving the successful delivery of our energy projects while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with joint venture partners and relevant government agencies such as NUPRC and NCDMB.
- Coordinate the preparation, organization, and management of operating committees, technical meetings, and workshops.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory contractual requirements, local content regulations, and company obligations.
- Provide expert guidance on government regulatory processes, contract awards, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate the collation, preparation, and issuance of accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
- Manage the logistics and execution of local and international missions for regulatory personnel and company stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in a Technical, Finance, or Business-related field; postgraduate or professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional work experience, with at least five (5) years specifically in Exploration and Production (E&P) project environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian oil and gas laws, PIA 2021, and NCDMB compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.
- Willingness to be based in Port Harcourt with frequent travel to Lagos, Paris, and other key locations.
