Key Responsibilities- Prepare finished products for packing according to specific instructions and company standards.
- Arrange products correctly and securely within designated packaging materials.
- Operate sealing equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all packages are properly sealed, labeled, and secured for transit or storage.
- Inspect completed packages meticulously to verify correct arrangement, labeling, and product quantity.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Meet assigned daily packaging targets consistently while maintaining high-quality output.
- Previous experience working in packing, production, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, retain, and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Keen observational ability to identify visible product defects and packaging issues.
- Capacity to work both quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
