About the Role

Roadmap for Women and Youth Development (RAWYOD), in partnership with UNICEF, is implementing a Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) intervention to deliver lifesaving multi-sectoral humanitarian assistance in hard-to-reach locations across Yobe and Borno States. We are seeking qualified, experienced, and compliant contractors for Tender Lot 1: WASH Infrastructure Rehabilitation, focusing on the rehabilitation of 4 water facilities and 7 communal latrines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the rehabilitation of water facilities in strict adherence to project specifications, including visibility and logo requirements.
  • Rehabilitate communal latrines meeting required quality, safety, and humanitarian standards.
  • Mobilize qualified technical personnel, specialized equipment, and construction materials efficiently.
  • Navigate and operate effectively within challenging and hard-to-reach operational environments while maintaining robust security and logistical protocols.
  • Submit comprehensive technical proposals, financial proposals using the mandatory Bill of Quantities (BOQ) format, and detailed work completion timelines.
  • Adhere strictly to RAWYOD procurement policies, safeguarding statements, anti-fraud directives, and conflict of interest declarations.

Qualifications
  • Valid CAC Company Registration Certificate and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
  • Demonstrated verifiable experience in successfully implementing WASH infrastructure rehabilitation projects.
  • Availability of qualified technical personnel, including experienced engineers and specialized technicians.
  • Proven logistical capability and contingency planning for operating in remote or hard-to-reach Northeast Nigerian locations.
  • Submission of mandatory compliance documents, including client references, company bank details, valid representative identification, and signed PSEA and safeguarding codes of conduct.
