- Manage stock usage and inventory flow within the packaging department to minimize waste.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality-conscious practices across all shifts.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Demonstrate hands-on problem-solving and leadership during the packaging process.
- Relevant and provable practical experience in a packaging or manufacturing supervisory role.
- Ability to demonstrate previous experience and competence successfully during the selection process.
