About the Role
Greywood Hotels & Apartments is situated in a serene and well-secured environment, dedicated to providing clean and comfortable accommodation for corporate professionals and discerning travelers. We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated hospitality team and ensure our spaces remain pristine and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public spaces to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities promptly.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming across all designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, room damages, or missing items immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and chemical supplies are handled safely and stored properly.
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols and adhere strictly to hotel health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with laundry services and manage linen inventory when required.
- Respond courteously and promptly to guest requests, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience in a hotel environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
- High physical stamina, including the ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
