We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Packer to join our dynamic production floor. In this role, you will play a vital part in our manufacturing process by ensuring that all medical products are accurately counted, inspected, and securely packaged according to strict industry standards. Key Responsibilities- Inspect finished medical face masks and disposable syringes for any visible defects or damages before packaging.
- Accurately count, weigh, and sort products according to specific company and regulatory guidelines.
- Safely pack items into boxes, cartons, or crates, ensuring proper labeling and barcoding for inventory tracking.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols and operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation on the production floor to support overall workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the quality control and production teams to report any packaging discrepancies or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Possession of a WASC, SSCE, or relevant academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven previous experience working as a packer, warehouse assistant, or in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy rates while performing repetitive tasks.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards within a medical manufacturing facility.
