About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building an innovative financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently expanding our Repair Operations team and looking for a dedicated Packaging Officer in Nigeria to ensure our refurbished payment terminals meet the highest presentation and quality standards before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals and verify completeness against the packaging checklist including chargers, cables, and serial labels.
- Log every packaged terminal accurately into the tracking system and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate seamlessly with inventory officers to manage the push and collection of devices while reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Enforce strict quality control standards by rejecting damaged or non-compliant terminals and returning them for re-evaluation.
- Collaborate with repair and QA teams to continuously improve the packaging workflow and optimize material usage.
- Hold an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Possess prior experience in electronics handling, warehouse packaging, or operations support within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to follow structured operational workflows.
- Familiarity with inventory management or device tracking software.
- Physical stamina required to handle, inspect, and package devices for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
