We are currently looking for a skilled Package Coordinator / Turbinist to join our dynamic workforce in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will ensure the optimal reliability, integrity, and safety of all turbo machines and associated packages on site.

Key Responsibilities

As the Package Coordinator / Turbinist, you will drive operational excellence and safety compliance across all maintenance activities. Your core duties include:

  • Organizing on-site turbo machine maintenance operations by coordinating supervisors and supporting specialist contractors.
  • Assisting planning teams with technical job preparation and managing maintenance interventions through the CMMS.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to company HSE regulations, work permit procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshooting turbo packages during breakdowns to restore correct operational status promptly.
  • Analyzing recurrent corrective maintenance interventions and recommending improvements to preventive programmes.
  • Monitoring critical equipment parameters and verifying intervention quality through frequent on-site checks.
Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity in Nigeria's energy sector, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC, BTS/DUT, or equivalent qualification).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in maintenance or operations focusing on gas turbines and gas compressors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with multi-national teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the physical fitness required to work on offshore installations under demanding climatic conditions.
