Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and supervise factory construction and development projects from inception to completion.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, budgets, timelines, and project resources efficiently.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure factories are built to precise operational specifications.
- Monitor project progress closely, proactively resolve construction challenges, and provide regular, detailed progress reports to management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; candidates with relevant engineering backgrounds may also be considered.
- Proven professional experience managing construction projects, particularly the development or construction of factories and industrial facilities.
- Demonstrated experience working on construction projects within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector, preferably with notable organizations like Power Oil or GB Foods.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong, practical knowledge of construction planning, contractor management, budgeting, quality control, and end-to-end project execution.
