About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting a dedicated OWAZA Security Coordinator for the OML58 asset in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, assets, and facilities onshore, maintaining robust security protocols in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain the OML58 security plan across designated onshore fields and facilities.
- Coordinate the activities of deployed Government Security Forces (GSF) and contractor security personnel.
- Regulate site access, conduct vehicle and personnel searches, and vet individuals for security clearance badges.
- Perform regular security inspections, audits, and patrols around the Owaza, KP38, and Rumuji nodes.
- Investigate security incidents, gather intelligence, and produce accurate daily and incident reports for the OPM.
- Monitor Right of Way (ROW) digging activities, power generation status, and site infrastructure to report anomalies immediately.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive previous experience in industrial security within the oil and gas sector.
- Prior background in military or police services.
- Strong understanding of local security dynamics and crisis management in onshore Nigerian operations.
