About the Role
Aldelia Limited is a globally trusted recruitment and workforce solutions provider specialising in the Oil and Gas sector, dedicated to bridging the gap with strong local content strategies. We are currently recruiting a professional Owaza Security Coordinator for OML58 to oversee comprehensive security operations across our onshore fields and surrounding facilities in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Take overall responsibility for security operations across the onshore field, Owaza, GRA, wellhead locations, and surrounding facilities.
- Develop, implement, maintain, and exercise the OML58 Security Plan in alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate and monitor Government Security Forces (GSF) and contractor security personnel.
- Control site access, oversee personnel and vehicle checks, and vet individuals requiring access badges.
- Gather, collate, and disseminate security intelligence while investigating incidents and preparing accurate reports.
- Monitor Right of Way (ROW) activities, site power generation status, and critical infrastructure, reporting any operational anomalies promptly.
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous industrial security experience, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Mandatory military or police background.
- Proven expertise in coordinating security personnel, access control, surveillance, and incident investigations.
- Strong leadership, personnel-management, and crisis-response skills in volatile environments.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule and travel across operational sites including Owaza, KP38, and Rumuji.
