About the Role
Smart Partners is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our assigned outlet. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing inventory accurately, and maintaining compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day outlet operations, coordinating staff activities, attendance, and overall productivity.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and promptly resolve any operational or client issues.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, transactions, and perform accurate end-of-day reconciliations.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee stock control, and report any variances in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper product availability, visual merchandising, quality, and storage standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and periodic outlet performance reports.
- Train, coach, and support team members to boost morale and continuously improve performance.
- HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of proven experience in outlet supervision, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or food service.
- Strong understanding of sales tracking, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant POS or inventory management systems.
