About the Role
Montaigne Place, Nigeria's leading luxury cosmetics, wellbeing, and fragrance company, is seeking a driven and sophisticated Outlet Manager to lead our retail store team. Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and direct daily activities of the store team to ensure operational and service excellence.
- Communicate company information effectively to staff and management in an open, timely manner.
- Support the team with actionable plans for continuous operational and customer service improvement.
- Deliver personalized customer service feedback, coaching, and uphold our luxury brand culture.
- Handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and relations issues professionally and in line with company policy.
- Manage inventory levels, oversee re-ordering from HQ, and ensure accurate stock control.
- Conduct merchandising and off-shelf display activities strictly in accordance with approved brand guidelines.
- Account for and properly manage all promotional and sales support materials.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Must have a valid NYSC completion certificate or an official Exemption Letter.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of solid retail store experience.
- Prior experience as a store or outlet manager in luxury retail, boutiques, or fashion with an existing client book is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating retail Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
