Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new client accounts across diverse industries including tech, finance, and real estate.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales campaigns to expand our agency's talent pool and client base in Abuja and Lagos.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and business leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align marketing efforts with open talent acquisition pipelines.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills with a natural confidence in client-facing situations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- A relevant degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian business landscape, particularly within Abuja or Lagos, is a distinct advantage.
