About the Role

As an Outlet Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team to achieve operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and maintaining our high standards of food safety and service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient QSR service delivery.
- Manage, train, mentor, and evaluate outlet staff to foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, place timely orders, and minimize waste to optimize food and labor costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across the outlet.
- Drive sales initiatives and local marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand loyalty and high satisfaction scores.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, labor, and operational challenges.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) software and inventory management systems.
