About the Role
De Tastee Group, a leading name in Nigeria's hospitality and quick-service restaurant industry, is looking for a proactive and experienced Outlet Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitability, maintaining our high standards of food quality and hygiene, and leading a dedicated team of professionals to deliver memorable dining and event experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor budgets to control operational expenses and implement effective cost-reduction strategies.
- Supervise section schedules and facilitate the continuous training of sales and production managers.
- Review operating reports with unit heads and develop comprehensive summaries for upper management.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Audit and Accounts to ensure seamless outlet operations.
- Ensure that top-quality food is produced, adhering strictly to approved recipes and preventing stock-outs.
- Maintain high standards of personnel, environmental hygiene, and safety throughout the outlet.
- Guarantee equipment functionality and coordinate with appropriate departments for raw material quality checks.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly, maintain excellent customer relations, and manage the customer database.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management.
- Excellent data analytics skills with the ability to interpret financial data and set production goals.
