About the Role
PalmPay is rapidly expanding its innovative financial ecosystem, and we are looking for a results-driven Dealer Manager to spearhead our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) operations. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our merchant and dealer networks across Nigeria, empowering millions of customers with flexible and accessible digital financial services. Key Responsibilities- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing dealers to expand the BNPL dealer network within your assigned territory.
- Monitor dealer performance against ambitious sales targets, operational KPIs, and brand standards.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to drive product penetration and maximize revenue growth.
- Train and support dealer staff on product knowledge, transparent pricing structures, and active promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess dealer operations, visual merchandising compliance, and customer service delivery.
- Resolve operational and commercial issues promptly to foster long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Analyze regional sales data and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Enforce strict adherence to company credit policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business standards.
- Proven experience in channel sales, distribution network management, or key account management.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities supported by solid market analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hausa is considered a strong operational advantage.
