About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Concept Manager - Electronics to oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of our electronics retail category. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing inventory management, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and revenue growth for the electronics category to achieve assigned commercial targets.
- Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the electronics sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Ensure accurate stock management, reconciling system records with physical inventory while monitoring shrinkage and damages.
- Execute impactful promotional activities, visual merchandising standards, and accurate price tagging.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for goods received, transfers, returns, and daily retail transactions.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational activities.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven retail management experience within the consumer electronics or home appliances sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving sales targets, team supervision, and inventory control.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software systems.
