Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a leading and renowned name in the Nigerian beverage production industry, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic technical team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our advanced manufacturing lines. Key Responsibilities- Handle all electrical tasks within the beverage production and plant operations, ensuring zero downtime on production lines.
- Perform the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and expert repair of heavy-duty industrial electrical equipment.
- Independently carry out complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on various plant electrical systems and machinery.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and electrical regulations while executing daily maintenance operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the mechanical and production teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant electrical work experience within a manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial beverage production environment.
- Solid technical background with extensive practical experience in electrical systems, wiring, and automation.
- In-depth familiarity with Nigerian and international electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently under pressure.
- Relevant certifications, trade test certificates, or a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
