Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative inspections on all mechanical equipment involved in beverage production and plant operations.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues swiftly to minimize production downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Execute precise repairs, adjustments, and scheduled parts replacements in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities, equipment performance metrics, and parts inventory.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, health regulations, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with production teams to optimize machinery performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional mechanical maintenance experience, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or beverage production environment.
- Proven ability to independently carry out equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs.
- In-depth familiarity with mechanical structures, industrial machinery, and relevant safety standards.
- Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and extensive practical hands-on experience.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
