About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Concept Manager - Bakery for our client in the retail sector. In this strategic role, you will lead and manage Bakery and HMR operations at the assigned store, ensuring quality production, efficient resource utilization, strong sales, healthy profit margins, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily and weekly Bakery and HMR production activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to recipes, production processes, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage receiving, dispatch, inventory, procurement, and production resources efficiently.
- Monitor sales, margins, shrinkage, product costing, and overall P&L performance.
- Lead, motivate, and train staff, providing continuous performance supervision.
- Monitor product consistency, quality, and actively support new product development.
- Ensure proper utilization, routine maintenance, and optimization of production equipment.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, sales strategies, and business performance reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate on effective merchandising activities.
- Develop and implement robust production plans to optimize operational profitability.
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, with 3 to 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Bakery and HMR production and retail operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and people-management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and P&L management.
