You will work closely with the Head of IT Security to implement cutting-edge defense mechanisms and maintain the highest standards of operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust cybersecurity controls specifically tailored for industrial and operational technology environments.
- Conduct comprehensive OT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors across manufacturing facilities.
- Establish and maintain continuous monitoring controls to detect unauthorized access or anomalous system behavior.
- Support end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle processes for all connected industrial assets.
- Lead rapid and effective incident response protocols for any security breaches within the OT landscape.
- Ensure strict compliance with established industrial cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional remediation activities with IT and plant engineering teams to mitigate identified risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated professional experience working within industrial, manufacturing, or Operational Technology environments.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, systems thinking, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and operational plant teams.
