We are currently recruiting a dynamic and organized Order Fulfilment Officer to streamline our client's daily supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will manage the complete order lifecycle—from processing requests to coordinating dispatch and handling customer inquiries—ensuring seamless e-commerce and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately within established company timelines.
- Manage picking, packing, and quality control of products adhering to strict safety and brand standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch riders, logistics partners, and third-party delivery companies for timely dispatches.
- Track active shipments proactively and resolve pending or delayed delivery issues swiftly.
- Maintain comprehensive digital records of fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels closely and report low-stock or out-of-stock items to inventory managers.
- Handle customer inquiries, product exchanges, and return processes professionally.
- Inspect returned merchandise thoroughly and document discrepancies according to company policy.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, customer support, and inventory teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce operations, logistics, or retail.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory management software.
