About the Role
AAVA Brands Ltd, a proud member of the Chanrai Summit Group with a legacy spanning over a century in Nigeria, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting world-class brands to Nigerian consumers by ensuring seamless supply chain operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment within our fast-paced FMCG distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain up-to-date logistics databases, ensuring high accuracy in data entry and routine system backups.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfillment processes within a fast-paced retail distribution environment.
- Coordinate regular communications with internal teams and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform data verification and troubleshoot minor technical issues related to data processing equipment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records, supply chain data, and operational information.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience as a logistics officer or data entry specialist within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, retail distribution dynamics, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
