We are currently looking for a meticulous and driven Order Fulfillment Executive to join our fast-paced operations team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as a critical operational control point, ensuring that every customer order meets our high standards of accuracy, payment verification, and documentation before leaving the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders using the company ERP system (Odoo) and internal documentation, verifying product specifications, pricing, and payment confirmation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure correct picking, packing, and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Conduct rigorous final verification checks prior to dispatch, including verifying serial numbers for high-value electronics like laptops.
- Report and manage discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP records immediately.
- Maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reject incomplete orders to prevent fulfillment errors.
- HND or BSc in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong advantage) and advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
