Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of operational team members to foster high productivity and morale.
- Manage accurate inventory records, warehouse documentation, and asset-management tracking systems.
- Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Promptly resolve operational bottlenecks, discrepancies, and challenges as they arise on the floor.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all shifts.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- At least 1 to 2 years of proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a logistics collateral or asset-management environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
