Our Lady & St. Francis Catholic College (OSCCO), Osogbo is an elite, co-educational secondary school operating under the proprietorship of the Catholic Diocese of Osogbo. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Driver to join our dynamic team and ensure the safe, timely transportation of our staff, students, and official school materials. The ideal candidate will be a dependable individual who values punctuality, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Transport school staff and students safely to designated destinations in Osogbo and other locations as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general good condition of assigned school vehicles.
- Perform routine daily checks on vehicle systems, including oil, water, battery, brakes, and tyre pressure.
- Report any mechanical faults or required servicing promptly to the school administration.
- Comply strictly with Nigerian traffic laws, road safety regulations, and school transport policies.
- Perform other ancillary logistics and errand duties as assigned by school management.
- Possession of a valid, current Nigerian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Relevant educational qualifications and proven professional driving experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff, parents, and students.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence, safety, and high professional standards.
- Prior working experience as a professional driver, preferably within an educational institution, is an added advantage.
