About the Role

Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd is a leading indigenous company operating across the downstream value chain of the Nigerian oil and gas sector, specializing in petroleum trading, marketing, distribution, and retail. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Depot Representative to join our growing logistics team at the Free Zone in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless petroleum product distribution, accurate record-keeping, and efficient terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks loaded from third-party depots efficiently using the ERP system to prevent delays and demurrage.
  • Verify all truck loading and dispatch activities in alignment with approved daily pricing and rates on the ERP platform.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock records and prepare comprehensive daily truck-out reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct daily stock reconciliation with third-party depots to guarantee seamless alignment with internal ERP records.
  • Participate actively in vessel discharge operations at the terminal to ensure precise product receipt and documentation.
  • Monitor and provide timely daily and weekly updates regarding vessel receipts into third-party depots.
  • Ensure the prompt issuance of waybills and maintain meticulous documentation for all dispatched trucks.
  • Uphold strict compliance with operational controls, industry safety standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications
  • OND or higher qualification in Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven administrative experience, preferably within haulage, logistics operations, or fleet management.
  • Prior experience in an Oil and Gas depot representative role will be considered a strong added advantage.
  • Possession of relevant administrative certifications is desirable.
  • Demonstrated team-oriented mindset with excellent reporting discipline and organizational skills.
