About the Role
Pivotage Consulting is a leading Human Resource solutions provider dedicated to delivering innovative staffing and operational excellence for businesses across diverse sectors. We are currently recruiting an ambitious Operations Support Officer on behalf of our esteemed client in the gaming and sports betting industry. In this role, you will provide vital day-to-day coordination and administrative support to ensure seamless business operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operational activities and diligently follow up on assigned tasks across multiple departments.
- Liaise effectively with internal teams, external vendors, creative agencies, and marketing service providers.
- Monitor and follow up on advertising and marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and key deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers to monitor project deadlines, pending actions, and operational outputs.
- Prepare accurate, regular operational updates and comprehensive reports for management review.
- Proactively escalate potential delays, operational bottlenecks, and service gaps to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support general documentation, record keeping, and routine administrative office activities.
- Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with established company policies and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in operations, administration, or marketing coordination (fresh graduates and current NYSC corps members are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Prior exposure to the gaming, sports betting, fintech, or technology sector is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Must currently reside within the Lekki-Ikoyi axis of Lagos State.
