About the Role
Excel and Grace Consulting, a premier financial and business advisory firm in Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency across our branches, ensuring seamless transaction processing, accurate record-keeping, and robust loan management.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and verify daily financial transactions across all operational branches.
- Ensure accurate recording of loans, repayments, savings, deposits, and withdrawals using Finserve software.
- Track loan performance, identify missed payments within 24 hours, and coordinate default follow-ups with Account Officers.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records while ensuring proper branch documentation.
- Supervise the performance of operations and reconciliation teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly operations reports for management review.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, resolve processing errors promptly, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations, microfinance, banking, or the financial services sector.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and meticulous record-keeping abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational software, with Finserve experience being a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and follow-up skills with high levels of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to multitask, monitor multiple branches simultaneously, and work independently under pressure.
