We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to ensure our daily activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our creative mission.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day operations across our retail, production, and administrative functions.
- Oversee comprehensive inventory management, including accurate reporting, documentation, and stock control.
- Track ongoing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality lifestyle products.
- Supervise seamless order fulfillment and logistics processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to support business growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in operations, administration, logistics, retail, or the fashion industry.
- Demonstrated expertise using inventory and order management systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
